Giveaways and raffles

Fishrift has two ways to give something away: giveaways for prizes, with tickets and a winner you draw, and a quick raffle that pays out loyalty points.

#Giveaways

Make a giveaway on the Giveaways page or on the Bot tab. You choose the prize, the ticket cost, how many winners, who can enter (everyone, subscribers or VIPs) and how many tickets one viewer can have.

#Entering from chat

You can also give a giveaway its own entry command, like !win.

Fishrift checks in this order: can the viewer enter, is the giveaway full, has the viewer reached their maximum, and can they pay. Example replies:

• @DaveL, you're entered into "Stream Deck"! Good luck!
• @DaveL, you bought 5 tickets! You now have 5 tickets total.
• @DaveL, you already have the maximum 1 entry.
• @DaveL, you need 50 Fishcoins to enter.

#Luck for subs and VIPs

Give subscribers or VIPs a multiplier. Each entry then counts as that many tickets, and the bot shows (3× luck!).

#Drawing a winner

Draw winners on the dashboard, from the chat dock or from your Stream Deck. The draw is weighted by tickets. Fishrift posts the winner in chat and plays the winner reveal in your Active Giveaway rift.

• One giveaway runs at a time.
• A viewer who linked accounts on several platforms counts as one person.

#Raffle

A raffle is quick: viewers join, and after a set time one of them wins loyalty points. Turn on the Raffle module first. It needs your loyalty system to be on.

Example: !raffle 60 5000 starts a one minute raffle for 5000 Fishcoins.

When it ends the bot says The raffle has ended and DaveL won 1,000 Fishcoins!
