Counters and quotes
Counters
Counters keep a number, like deaths or wins, and remember it between streams. You change them with variables in a command response.
A death counter
- Make a command
!deathwith the response{user} died again. Deaths: {count deaths}. - Make a command
!deathswith the responseDeaths: {getcount deaths}. - Mods can fix the number with
!editcounter deaths 10or reset it with!editcounter deaths reset.
Counter variables
| Variable | What it does |
|---|---|
{count NAME} | Adds 1 and shows the new value |
{count NAME +N} / {count NAME -N} | Adds or takes off N |
{count NAME N} | Sets the counter to N |
{getcount NAME} | Shows the value without changing it |
Counter names use letters, numbers, _ and -. They can go below zero. Counters also work in the counter overlay.

Quotes
Save funny moments from your stream and let chat bring them back.

A quote looks like this:

- Quotes can be 500 characters long.
- Fishrift saves who added the quote and the game you were playing.
- Numbers don't shift after a quote is deleted.
- You can add, search and delete quotes on the Quotes tab too.
- The permission of
!quoteonly applies to adding and removing. Everyone can read quotes.
